We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the candidates. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our teams.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Building New Network, maintaining client relationship, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have at least 1+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
We are currently looking for a HR recruiter who will work closely with business to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels by utilizing mix of channels to ensure timely closures in a cost effective and efficient manner.
