Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handling the incoming and outgoing calls.
· Maintaining the registers, for visitors & vendors movement.
· Following up with vendors.
· Coordinating with management and with vendors
· Coordinating with Finance department for new vendor registration, documents verifications, mail coordinating for approval from respected person and processing the invoices.
· Interacted with organizational staff, executives, clients, vendors and visitors for their queries
· Maintained Support staff attendance registers and movement registers.
· Sending Quotations and communicating with clients and vendors
· Handling calls at reception.
· Scheduling interviews and maintaining data of the candidates.
· Maintaining service reports of the employees and sending mails to the MD.
· Maintaining personal files of the employees.
