We have a job opening for Receptionist/ Front Office Executive cum Admin.
Candidate must have graduate/ post graduate for this job profile,
Skills required for this job opening are- good communication skill, multi tasking ability and computer savvy- experience working on excel, Ms Word.
· Handling phone calls efficiently
· Maintaining attendance register for employees
· Maintaining visitor records Maintain inward/ outward register for materials, utilitiy bills, mails etc
· Manage requests for couriers, faxes etc Supervising the housekeeping staff, security staff, gardeners etc
· Managing office supplies & keeping inventory for the same.
· Manage the travel arrangements including hotel bookings, air & train ticket booking, cab bookings, visas etc
· Assisting the HR & Accounts Department in vendor management for stationers, travel agents, courier agents, utility bill
· Arranging snacks, cakes, bouquets etc for birthday & office parties.
· Arranging ID cards, business cards & office stationary on requirement basis and keeping records for the same.
· Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
· Office timings: 10:00 am to 6:00pm (5 / 6 days working)
Experience: 0 to 3 years.
