JOB DESCRIPTION
1) The person will be responsible for day to day booking process of hotels.
2) He / She will be talking to clients over phone / mails and clients will be giving their hotel bookings.
3) All the hotel booking which comes needs to be processed at hotel , get hotel confirmation and send the same to clients.
4) This is a daily ongoing process.
5) At the end of the month / fortnight this person needs to generate report of all the booking he has done and share the same with clients in their prescribed format.
6) We have ERP in place which manages all records of bookings and can generate reports.
