1. Responsible for handling all customers quires and coordinate with Sales team.
2. Fixing up sites visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
3. Follow up with customers to closure process.
4. Maintaining CRM database and sharing status report to Management.
5. Interact with clients.
6. Ability to work with team. Effectively communication with clients via telephone and written communication.
7. Ask question to understand the customer requirement.
8. Answer incoming customer calls with friendly and positive manner and provider outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the calls.
9. Clearly and effectively communicate company’s service to prospects.
