We are looking out for a young, energetic & dynamic Inside Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. The successful candidate will play an essential role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
You must be stubborn and trust you are the best at what you do and be the kind of person who comes in each day and proves it. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day and talking with new peoples all day.
Responsibilities and Duties
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources.
Source new sales opportunities through following up with the existing clients and outbound calls and e-mails.
Understand/ Generate customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Build rapport with customers through friendly & engaging communications.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven Inside Sales/ Tele Sales experience
Track record of over-achieving sales target
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and Self-directed
Knowledge of Sales process from initiation to close
