ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound calling to sale the loan and finance products like Personal Loan
Coordinating with the customer and manager to provide the respective details and documents required for processing the loan
Coordinating with the bankers and relationship manager to solve the customer query
Uses independent judgment and resourcefulness to convert the customer and offer the personal loan.
Uses time-management skills to fulfill requirements within pre-established time constraints and guidelines.
Receives inbound phone calls from and makes outbound phone calls to resolve the customer issue
Performs essential job demands for this position
