<p>Roles and Responsibilities :</p><p><br></p><p>1.) Take complete control of the Residential Construction Site.</p><p><br></p><p>2.) Preplan the daily work, labours and materials required in the site.</p><p><br></p><p>3.) Manage and Supervise labours for a perfect and smooth construction.</p><p><br></p><p>4.) Instruct and guide the sub-contractors to give exact and quality output.</p><p><br></p><p>5.) Report daily progress to Project Manager and Zonal Head</p><p><br></p><p>6.) Maintain and update attendance details of labours and contractors in APP</p><p><br></p><p>7.) Communicate and handle customers professionally.</p><p><br></p><p>8.) Responsible for the safety of materials at site.</p><p><br></p><p>9.) Conduct quality checks from time to time.</p><p><br></p><p>10.) Meeting the deadline of projects, being responsible for any delays or mistakes at site</p>
