· Early Morning & Regular visits to local fruit mandis/markets and retailers to identify demands & problems.
· Explore a particular geography (west) for a potential sales opportunity and on board new customers.
· Build & maintain a strong retailer/wholesaler pipeline for sustainable growth
· You will pitch to customers and on board to Aalgro platform.
· Responsible for driving daily customer base and volume of produce to be sold on the platform.
· Frequently review performance against growth and share objectives for self & team and to meet and exceed territory goals consistently.
· Manage customer relationships and solve customer queries on field visits.
· Training team on customer handling, improving performance.

Requirements and Skills
· 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG.
· Experience in Team handling (4-5 Sales Associates)
· Good customers (Fruit Mandis/Markets/Retailers & wholesalers) management skills
· Excellent communication and analytical skills and ability to communicate.
· 100% travelling involved and should have his own vehicle.
· Language Fluency - English, Hindi & local languages.
· Education: Graduate / MBA (not compulsory)
