HIRING A SENIOR RECRUITER
Sourcing of candidates :
- Sourcing of CVs as per the requirement through various sources like job portals, campus recruitment, news paper adds , walk-ins and references.
- Posting the requirements/jobs on various portals and display the requirement on notice board.
- Performing Boolean searches using job boards.
- Validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience, number of implementations, consistency in projects and team size
- Prepare Job Description and get it approved from senior authorities.
- Source the right candidate as per the job specification.
- Personal interaction with the candidates and scheduling analytical and technical interviews.
- Handling Recruitment at all levels.
- Coordinating and helping team members to understand the requirement to source the right profile.
- Collect the feedback of technical round.
- Interviewing the candidates and line up there interviews with senior manager.
- On-boarding the new joiners and assisting them be oriented into the division
- Do all the joining formality.
- Proper filling of all the document of new joiners.
- Explain all the policies, rules and regulation of the company.
- Coordinate with new joiners about challenges they are facing during working.
