Focus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization
The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team
Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales
This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team
across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification
Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes
Desirable control span of 50-70 personnel
Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media
Strong client focus including presale and post sales services for long term wealth
Meet and advise clients on real estate.
Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with
Attractive incentives, mobility across regions (global), fast track growth and equity
ownership for superior performers.
