1.Generate leads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company and other activities
2.Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships
3.Verbal and written communication with clients and Companies.
4.Sell real estate projects to the clients
5.Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.
6.Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property Dealing and real estate Market.
7.Go for meetings and inspections with clients
8.Database management related to Clients and Properties.
9.Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
10.Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
11.Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
12.Close deal and recovery
