Job Description
Reputed Co-Working Company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to contribute to our sales & marketing team. You will be responsible for communicating about the work place and maintaining good client relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Manage co-working office and oversee community dynamics.
· Maintain and build relationships with existing clients.
· Ensure client contractual deliverable such as Customer Satisfaction, Average response time, internal quality are complied with on time.
· Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information (MIS) to the management.
· Play an active role in all sales / Operational strategies that are decided by management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of related experience preferably in Co-working industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing skills
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
