Hiring Position: Sales Executive
Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working with/ in the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
2. Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries as guided by Team Leaders.
3. Maintaining client relations.
4. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
5. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
6. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
7. Conducting market research on competition.
8. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Excellent communication skills.
A passion for sales.
Proficiency in English
Understanding of Real Estate trends and Sales/Marketing strategies.
Good adoptive skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Working knowledge of MS Office
