Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: 

• Focus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organization.

• Inform customers about company's products/services and offers

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible 

• Generate leads for the company

• To achieve the objective of identifying IT needs & what is keeping 

• Follow up on the customer/client/employee generated leads 

• Build relationships for success – consultive solution selling to ensure long-term relationships building

• Effective and efficient delivery of the services 

• Proactive identification of incremental opportunities leverage all client contacts based needs, while potentially leveraging cross selling opportunities

• Develop in-depth understanding of the customers and marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Lead generation experience

• IT Product Knowledge understanding

• Graduate and post graduate may apply (immediate joining)

• Minimum 2+ years experience

• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
