Job Description

Vinodia Electricals Industries is leading manufacturer of all types LED Lighting

Products i. e. LED Bulbs, LED Street Lights, LED Flood Lights, Panel lights, false

ceiling lights, solar panels, solar roof top etc.

The ideal candidate must have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and

knowledge of the followings activities

Sectorizzation of industries and developing sales strategy

Mapping potential industrial customers networking generating leads and

close contracts.

Preparation of techno commercial proposal, presentation & negotiation with

clients

Go to Extra Miles" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining

existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good

negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies,

and vendors

Visit at clients works or arrange meetings to discuss products and how it

will meet requirements of a customers.

Manage sales pipelines

.Generate new business leads

Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

Generate reports and statistical analysis for the potential business

.Deliver sales pitches and presentation to clients highlighting the benefits of a

product to influence purchase.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from

idea to execution.

Promoting our brand "VinTech" at trade shows and major industry related

events.

Assisting and communicating in the new products development.

Skill set requirement

Minimum 1-year experience proven working experience in a business

development sales executive

Technical knowledge of LED Lighting Industries Products

Good knowledge of MS office

Experience in customer support is a plus

Good analytical and problem solving skill

Strong negotiation and Communication skill

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skill
