Job Description: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU’S unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJU’S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU'S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.
Initially will be hired as a Buisness development trainee (training period) at a 2 months probation period. With salary bifurcation 5LPA (3L fixed + 2L variable) on achieving certain targets you will be converted to Buisness development associate with following salary bifurcation.
For Direct Sales (only for males) 10 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable + 2 LPA DS Allowance)
Location for direct sales: PAN India. (Presence across nation)
Insides sales: Mostly for females, male can also be considered. salary 8LPA (5L FIXED +3L VARIABLE)Location for inside sales: Banglore only
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
(Week off: Monday and Tuesday)
Any Graduation degree completed
Age- not more than 29 and some months.
Willingness to build career in sales domain
Highly effective communication
High energy and enthusiasm
Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
Good grasp of school curriculum and learning
