Job Description

Manage & look after the Front Office and other related administrative activities as mentioned below :

# Front desk Maintenance

# To assist office administration in miscellaneous routine works

# Professional attitude and appearance.

# Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

# Possess strong communication and relationship management skills

# To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

# To manage and coordinate interviews for the recruitment team.

# Coordination with Pantry and Housekeeping staff

# Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

# Receive invoices, letters, packages, etc. maintain records and distribute them

# Meeting Rooms allocation and maintenance

# Temp ID card issuance and maintain records, Employee ID cards preparation and issue

# MIS Maintenance for stock management for Stationery, Pantry, Cellular Data, and Housekeeping
