Job Description

Job Title: Project Executive

ROLE DEFINITION

Ensure stores get built with ease, following the SOP.

Constant improvements in design with respect to look and feel as

well as operational efficiency.

Tasks & Activities

1. STORE LAYOUT DRAWINGS

a. To receive store measurement details from CMF team.

b. Discuss the drawing with CMF respect to – (refer CMF Projects role clarity)

MEASUREMENT DRAWINGS

c. Discuss detailing of neighboring store and store front area

d. Prepare the drawing with 02 options

e. Share the same with CMF

f. Discuss for any changes and note it

2. FINAL DRAWINGS

a. Prepare the final drawing

b. Get approval from HOD for the drawing

c. Share it with CMF, Franchisee, for process

3. DETAILED DRAWINGS

a. Detailed drawings to be done from Final drawing approval.

b. Prepare the following list of Detailed Drawings

 CIVIL DRAWINGS :

 Schematic Furniture Layout

 Flooring Layout

 False Ceiling Layout

 Electrical Layout

 Internal Wall Elevations

 Sectional Elevations

 Façade & External Elevations

 Furniture Details

 Design of Franchise Cabin, Crew Area, Toilet & other backend

facilities.

 Location of Internal Graphics

 Location of External Signages

 Door Schedule

 Hardware Details

 BOQ & Material Specifications

 ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS :

 Electrical Layout

 Trucking Layout/ Floor Conduit Layout

 T.V, Speaker, C.C TV, Internet & Phone Layout

 Co-ordinated Services Layout

 BOQ & Material Specifications

 HVAC DRAWINGS :

 AC Layout

 Exhaust & Fresh Air Ducting Layout

 BOQ & Material Specifications

 PLUMBING DRAWINGS :

 Internal & External Water Supply Layout

 Internal & External Drainage Layout

 Location of Firefighting Equipment Layout

 BOQ & Material Specifications

c. Get approval from HOD.

d. Share the same with CMF, Franchisee, Contractor.

e. Ask the CMF- projects to get it checked by contractor.

f. Discuss on points if he needs any clarifications.

4. APPROVAL OF THE DRAWING

a. Get the final drawings printed.

b. Confirm documentation with BD team before sending final

layouts,

- Leave and Licence agreement

- Franchisee agreement

c. Sign off the final drawings and get it singed from CMF, HOD.

d. File the same in franchisee file for future references.

e. Communicate the final drawings to CMF, Franchisee and

contractor to proceed.

f. Get the timelines for completion of the store project

5. COORDINATION WITH CMF/FRANCHISEE

a. Be a part of WhatsApp group for new store opening.

b. Coordinate and keep gentle oversight with CMF- projects for

BOQ and costings from,

- Civil contractor

- Kitchen Equipment vendor

- Ducting Vendor

c. Keep gentle oversight on timelines on store opening.

d. Coordinate with CMF’s for Documentation for,

i. Coke Machine – Refer template

ii. HO Submission – Refer template

6. CO ORDINATION WITH INTERNAL TEAM

a. Check with BD team on any documents pending.

7. CHECKLIST

a. Receive the final checklist from CMF of store ready for opening.

b. Check thoroughly the same.

c. Any deviations, share the same with CMF, franchisee.

d. Understand the same and get timelines.

e. Inform the same to HOD and get approval.

f. On approval, inform the same to CMF, franchisee.

g. Get the date of opening and share the same with internal team.

8. DEVIATION REPORT

 Deviation report needs to be prepared by taking the following

points into consideration

 Deviation from the approved Design & Dimension.

 Deviation from the approved Material.

 Deviation from the approved Product Brands.

 Deviation from the approved Quantity of Product.

 Deviation from the approved Quality of Finishing.

a. Deviation inspection to be done within max 7 days of opening of

store.

b. Ensure checking is done against the final signed layout.

c. Visit the store for deviation check.

d. Note down the deviations if any from the original drawing.

e. Understand the deviations are good/bad.

f. If good note and improve in next drawings.

g. If bad, speak to franchisee/ CMF’s and get it corrected within 7

days.

h. Ensure the same is done and filed it with closure report after the

deviations are rectified.

i. Get project estimate verified with respect to original estimates.

Check for cost overruns.

9. INNOVATIONS

a. Visit the same business stores to understand the look and feel

of the store.

b. Understand the flow of equipment’s for operations

c. Understand the counter area designing and planning

d. Get the costings for the same with known vendors, approved

vendors

e. Discuss the complete end to end plan with HOD, CMF’s

f. Try out at one of the store.

a. Final layout complete in all aspects sent to CMF:7days

MEASUREMENT METRICS

b. Ensure Store opened within timeline: 30 days from

Leave and License

c. Deviation’s report: 7 days of store opening

d. Vendor reports: Monthly
