<p>• Checking all the production parameters in running condition.</p><p>• Man-hours are properly utilized and monitored.</p><p>• Cross verification of material requisition.</p><p>• Effective utilization of man power with maximum efficiency.</p><p>• To create and follow all necessary parameters to evaluate the manufacturing process for timely production</p><p>• Reduce the rework and rejection by applying the various tools &amp; process.</p><p>• Handling the Shift engineer effectively &amp; efficiently for better productivity</p><p>• Instructing vertical section, electrical supervisor, machine operator. In the absence he is responsible for old and new machine.</p>
