· To train the new recruits on product & process/soft skills and bring them up to the expected bench mark, before they hit the floor.
· Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Employees
· Responsible for conducting refreshers training program based on the training need analysis shared by the Transactional Quality team
· Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings at the respective center
· Responsible to increase training through put for the respective batch.
· Conducting Knowledge Assessment Test on timely basis.
· Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process.
· Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance.
· Education:- Graduate
· Minimum 2 years of experience in training in the field of soft skills and communication.
· Experience/knowledge of Bank's products and processes.
