Job Description

Looking candidates for the position of Female Personal Secretary. Should be Young & Dynamic candidate with Elegant Looks. Must have a good personality with a never-say-never die-hard attitude. Additionally, desirable traits will be Modern, Adjustable & Friendly with Pleasing Attitude along with a European Mindset and party/outgoing culture is necessary. Need to be very open-minded, frank and cooperative.

Flexible with Timing (Must)

Who can manage the office (top management) and can help in day to day activities also ready for travel if required. Traveling can be PAN India & cross country as well.

She should have good communication skills, should know how to write emails and set meetings with clients, attending calls and managing the work at office, etc.

Kindly note that currently we are hiring for other openings/vacancies as well. But your role will not be limited to any specific domains upon joining. You will be assigned multiple tasks. If you would not know how to do a particular task, We will train you. That’s the start-up culture.

About Job:-

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 

·        Personal Assistance to director

·        Schedule meeting with prospective clients

·        Collection, preparation and presentation of business data

·        Handle emails and phone calls related to business

·        Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS

·        Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action

·        Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers

·        Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority

·        Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary

Skills Required: 

·        Excellent communication skills [verbal and written]

·        Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·        Open for travelling to out station for business meeting

·        Fresher or 0–1-year experience

·        Ability to organize and plan own work

·        Excellent attention to detail, with ability to maintain high level of accuracy

·        A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.

·        Ability to work on own initiative

·        Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality

Main Responsibilities:-

  • ·       Manage Director’s travel arrangements
  • ·       Ready to travel anywhere in India.
  • ·       Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ·       Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • ·       Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • ·       Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
