• Responsible for entire Last Mile Operations within area.
• Manage day-to-day operations of team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.
• Taking care of branch operations(Service center/ Delivery center)
• Planning & building network, executing entire Last mile operations.
• Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.
• Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
• Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
• Oversees the daily sales & procurement activities along with operations
• Team Handling and escalation handling
• Ensure 100% delivery with success.
