Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
Firewall administration with multiple security and log monitoring.
Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in
compliance with IT policy & procedure.
Providing Level 1 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
Day-to-day troubleshooting network and system issues
Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
To assist with the support of internal applications and infrastructure
Package install, upgrades in different environments. Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and in person
