Job Description:
Raise Indent, BDE(Business Development Expense( Invoices) OR BDA (Business Development Advance) in the workflow (Internal ERP) for Product Management Teams.
Downloading and maintaining SAP SALES report
Vendor registration for the Product Management Team of clients. Also sometimes have to do vendor registration on behalf of the Regional Sales Manager sales coordinator. Any other coordination with vendors.
Doing payment follow up from clients i,e Hospitals, Medical Associations, Doctors, Pharmacists.
Downloading and maintaining My Uday(Internal ERP) reports.
Making Monthly Activity Monitoring sheet for the 5 Divisions
Help Regional Sales Manager to resolve regional BDE queries.
Doing Survey / Activity report for Product Management Team(video report/ agreement report/ poster report)
Skills and Competencies :
1. Good communication skills and Data management in MS EXCEL
2. Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, work, PPT)
3. The person will be reporting to cluster Head - Sales and Marketing and should be handling 5 division at a time
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines
