· Daily Attendance Report punching for the sales team. Monitoring Sales Force on App for attendance and their secondary bookings.
· Responsible for Sales Report like Observation Report, Efficiency Report, Tour plans, etc.
· Attending enquiries/complaints from Customers and follow-up for the same with factory Persons and sales team until it gets resolve.
· Follow up with sales team for Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reports.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales summary reports and presentations, Scheme letters.
· Sales forecast from the ASM & RSM for analysis and review purpose.
· Coordinating the entire Sales Team related to the Scheme / sales order /Credit Notes/ Trainings / Meetings etc.
· Assists the Director/Sales & Marketing Head in the development of new programs and sales campaigns in an effort to obtain additional sales from the various market niches.
· Assists Director/Sales & Marketing Head with the implementation, follow-through and updating of the weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans.
· Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow ups for payment with distributors and executives and Payment reconciling with Accounts.
· Preparation of scheme letters for the sales team for every quarter.
· Assisting for co-ordination for primary, secondary sales report.
· Assisting all the departments if and when needed, etc.
· Claim Checking - Primary Sales/Secondary Sales/Travelling expenses and others if any.
Prepare MIS or various reports and analysis.
Should have knowledge of Advance Excel.
