The major purpose of the Call Center Agent is to handle inbound calls/chats for the potential customers. The call center agent is accountable for the delivery of high - quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values and purposes of the organization
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability Passion to work in a team environment Flexible in working Night shifts Candidates should be flexible in working US shift Rotational week off on week days(Not on weekends) Salary + Daily and Monthly incentives
The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
1.To handle Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls & provide excellent services to the US & Canada Customers
2.Should be able to Multitask, handle both Calls and Chats.
3.Great team player
4)Achieve the given target on a daily basis
Good oral communication skills with a genuine concern for the customer Ability to work quickly to meet targets, Willingness/proactive to learn and improve in all aspects of the position, Strong desire in sales and successful negotiating skills.

2. Computer literacy in MS Office( Word, Excel
3. Strong presentation skills
4. Customer service and Sales experience( added advantage)
