In this role, An Inside Sales Executive will work closely with Field sales, Application specialists, Marketing team to generate revenue from sale of specific databases and analysis solutions in assigned territories focused primarily in USA, Europe and APEC.
In this role a successful candidate will:
- Efficiently qualify inbound leads, understand customers/user’s critical business issues and propose the most suitable value-added product and solutions to the user.
- Aggressively follow up with assigned renewal opportunities via phone and email and successfully bring them to closure.
- Develop and implement new lead prospecting and sales strategies.
- Generate proposals, negotiate and close business agreement independently or as a team.
- Channel sales qualified opportunities to territory sales representative for further development and closure based on territory requirement.
- Aim at reaching prospect/customer prominently via phone first followed by email to achieve a positive outcome. Maintain a year on year increase in lead conversion in the given territory.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) recommended
