<p>Designation: HR &amp; Admin</p><p><br></p><p>Role: HR &amp; Administration</p><p><br></p><p>Experience: 2 - 5 years</p><p><br></p><p>Qualification: Bachelor's Degree</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Bangalore</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>HR RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Administer timesheet, attendances, late logins, and leaves on daily basis.</li><li>Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes</li><li>Ensure new joiner documentation and personnel files and database</li><li>Drive the new joining formalities and onboarding process</li><li>Maintain MIS reports and submit them to the manager on a weekly basis</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives</li><li>Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise related to the timesheet, late logins, and so on</li><li>Assist in the implementation of human resource policies</li><li>Undertake tasks assigned by the reporting manager related to HR activities.</li><li>Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form</li><li>Support the activities related to team building</li><li>Processing the salary sheet for employees payroll processing by every month-end</li><li>Maintain leave records and update the leaves accurately (zero errors)</li><li>Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.</li><li>Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provides administrative support to a department or individual</li><li>Reports &amp; MIS generation</li><li>Arranging conference and coordinating meetings</li><li>Working on a day to day tasks and projects</li><li>Coordinate with front desk activities</li><li>Managing and maintaining whole Organisation</li><li>Maintain the smooth flow of administrative activity in the organization</li><li>Manage payment of all utility and service providers</li><li>Maintaining stock / Control / Purchase - Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationery items, etc</li><li>Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary</li><li>Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary</li><li>Asset and Inventory management Office Assets</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)</li></ul>
