Designation: Call Quality Auditor

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in call quality auditing or 1 to 2 years of call taking or customer facing role in a call centre
Salary: Upto Rs. 2.40 Lacs Per Annum / Rs. 20,000 Per Month

01. Perform call monitoring/auditing and provide the feedback to the agents
02. Process for which the call quality auditing needs to be done would be either Flipkart, Make My Trip or Tatasky
03. Check the cal script of the agents
04. Monitor the agent’s calls for various parameters like call greeting, professionalism, communication, process knowledge etc
05. Fill out the call auditing form with relevant scoring
06. Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for agent
07. The process is Day Shift
07. Understand and gauge the communication level and professionalism level of the agent on the call while auditing
Required Skills / Desired Experience:
01. Bachelor degree or Graduate
02. Minimum 1 year experience in call quality auditing or 1 to 2 years of call taking or customer facing role in a call centre
03. Position would require reporting to Quality Team Leader
04. Strong communication skills
05. Candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi along with one of the regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali or Assamese.
06. Ability to multi-task
07. Excellent organizational skills
08. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
09. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
10. Job requires work-from-home (WFH) till December 2020, hence candidate should have minimum 5 Mbps broadband connection with good working condition laptop or desktop. Desktop user should have power backup facility.
