The Executive would have to:
- Making appointments with Truck-owners and pitching wheel eye offerings
- Convince fleet owners to purchase wheel eye services after negotiating prices
- Achieving sales targets to earn a bonus of up to 80000 per month
- Upsell the existing onboard truckers with Tyre Sales / Insurance / Fuel Cards etc
- Collecting payments and submitting details to the sales office
- Train Truckers about basic usage of the wheelseye product/application
- Escalation Management and Handholding truckers with after sales service
1. NO LIMIT on what a Sales Executive can earn. Earn more than 1,00,000 per month
2. Incentive will start from 7 paid installations (Paid installation is where installation is done
and Software+Hardware payment is received).
3. 200 extra over base incentive for Advance + Payment through Operator Application
4. 100 extra over base incentive for payment within 7 days from Date of Installation
5. If the executive is doing less than 7 paid installation, then he would not be entitled for
any incentive amount.
6. Incentive will be pro-rated based on the billing cycle
7. Renewals will be paid at half of the current structure
8. Payment received will be mapped to Hardware first and then software. Only software
and renewals payment will be considered for incentive calculation.
For Example:If any executive is doing 55 paid installations, of which 30 are advance + Operator application paidinstallations, 15 are paid installations mapped within 7 days from Installation date and 10 are paidinstallations after 7 days from installation date then,Incentive30 advance + Operator App paid installations 30*1200 = 3600015 Paid installations within 7 days from installation date 15*1100 = 1650010 Paid installations after 7 days from installation date 10*1000 = 10000Total incentive 62500
