A Clinikk subscriber can avail unlimited consultations either via telemedicine or in-person at the click of a button without paying additionally. We also help subscribers save on diagnostics and medicines through our partnerships, while health insurance protects against financially devastating hospitalization. We run a network of primary care health clinics at multiple locations across Bangalore- Namma Clinikks.
Field Sales Manager (FSE) is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned territory.
Field Sales Executives (FSE) are territory focused and are given daily and monthly sales targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
➢ “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods.
➢ Developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
➢ Building productive long-lasting customer relationships.
➢ Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal targets.
➢ Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
➢ Report and provide feedback to the Field Sales Manager.
➢ Collaborate with other Field Sales Executives and the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective coordination in the achievement of organizational goals.
Field Sales Executive Requirements:
● Proven experience in Health Insurance/Life Insurance/Gold Loans/Credit Card/Any Retail Sales (min 1 year)
● Track record of over-achieving quota
● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated and driven
● Languages: Kannada (must)
