Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of office supplies.
Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well-stocked.
Responsible for assisting in making meeting room reservations, catering arrangements, and travel bookings.
Responsible for maintaining the stationery register, stationery procurement, and consumption monitoring.
Responsible for recording and handling incoming and outgoing couriers.
