Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced person to join our organization who can work from home. She will be responsible for training the students in the English language and recruiting new employees.

Duties as Trainer:

  • Train students in Spoken and Written English via Video Conferencing.
  • To plan and execute training that meets students’ needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English teacher training courses, materials, and related services.
  • Willing to take additional responsibilities.
  • Follow guidelines and communicate with management.

Duties as Recruiter:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing initial screenings.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
  • Arranging, Conducting the interviews, and Coordinating with candidates.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Complete the documentation onboarding formalities.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.

Desired Qualification Profile:


1. A graduate with a good command of the English language.

2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter and Familiarity with job boards

3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Suite.

4. An ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills

5. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

The prerequisite for this Job is as follows:

Working Time and Day:

  • The working hours of the person will be as per the French Time Zone.
