-- Working on recruitment process
-- Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.
-- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
-- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement.
-- Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs.
-- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.
Mandatory skills:
Ø Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
Ø Must be able to work in a team.
