· Meet existing “Shopgro” customers ie. retail stores
· Explain the features of the Shopgro application
· Through the analytics page, make them aware of the value Shopgro –“ Lookup” is delivering
· If required upgrade the store application by downloading the latest version from google play store.
· Give product feedback to Tech team
· If any of the stores are facing difficulty, attend and solve the issues.
. Support sales team members to update new products of the store.
