Job Description
CRM Executive must handle the customer queries and escalations systematically, providing them the best solutions.
CRM Executive must handle the customer calls and emails.
Follow-up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers /clients’ requests.
Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.
CRM Executive must refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Reviews Customer evaluation in regards to service representatives’ work and looks for areas that need improvement.
Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products and services.
Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
CRM Executive must do any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Essential Job Functions
CRM Executive must perform this function that they have answer Customer/Client calls & queries professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints to provide a resolution.
CRM Executive has to make sure that the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
CRM Executive should have to Implement all the tasks that will give by CRM Manager.
Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products and services.
Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
Basic Requirements
Experience – Graduate in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Hospitality/ Computer Science/ Computer Application with good communication skills with good knowledge of Software’s (IT) with 1 year experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and Organizational Skills.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Ability to manage multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Strong relationship management Skills.
Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualities
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
Must have the Good Knowledge of Data Analytics, Mapping for the Customer queries.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
