6. Reporting : Reporting to his immediate manager daily activity , plan and achievement .
7. Agent home visit : Visit active agent home once a quarter
8. Contest Drive : getting Min 50% of total applicable agent base qualifying for contest
9. Goal Sheet : Min 80% achievement of goal sheet MTD and YTD failing to achieve goal sheet for 2 consecutive months will lead to disciplinary action.
