Job Description: - Inbound Technical Support.
Interface with Customers via Inbound/Outbound calls/Chats/Emails for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, Desktop, laptop and Network Issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedure s.
*Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
*Troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, modem, router, etc.
*Any Graduate Fresher OR Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 6 months Calling Experience.
*BE/B. Tech Fresher are eligible.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
*Salary up to17.5 k CTC
