Job Description

Title: Business Manager- Sales


·        0-3 Years of experience in corporate sales in IT/Networking/AV/Others B2B Sales

·        Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA will be an added advantage)

·        Should fluently Speak: English, Tamil & Hindi



Job Description:

·        Achieve Sales Targets assigned by the organization (monthly, Quarterly & Annual Budgets)

·        Identify new business opportunities in the region and Develop Opportunities

·        Should be ready to adapt and learn new technologies to promote our products and solutions

·        Should be able to travel across Tamilnadu incase needed to handle clients, partners and Demonstration of products

·        Identifying and Networking with New Accounts, maintaining healthy relationship with Customers, Channel partners and colleagues in the organization

·        Should be fluent in communication and maintain good rapport with customers and partners

·        Should be a kley point of contact for Channel partners and End Clients

·        Monitor Sales and Operational results based on KPIs assigned by the company

·        Identification and appointment of channel partners across Tamilnadu

·        Should drive, motivate and work with the team for activities related to Channel partner Development and client engagement

·        Should plan all the work in advance and execute accordingly

·        Should Develop Market share for our products and solutions in Verticals of Government, Education and Corporates in the region.

·        should have decent skills in MS Excel/word/Powerpoint and shall maintain and update all database and required reports provided by the company and submit as an when requested 

·        Overall Responsible to drive sales for Network AV IT both direct and Channel Business for our partnered products in the region and should work extensively to develop business and work aggressively to convert opportunities into business
