We are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist with Daily Tasks and Vendor Management.
- Responsible for onboarding the vendors by understanding the requirements and providing optimum solutions and share best practices with them.
- Provide product training to vendors and coordinate/escalate unresolved issues with the help of internal teams.
- Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally, provide information about products and services, and obtain details of complaints from the customers.
- Resolve vendor grievances in a time-bound manner
- Prepare weekly reports on progress and identify process improvements
- Agreement signing and KYC verification.
- Strong knowledge about the Automobile Industry.
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner

- Should know Kannada fluently.
