Branch Manager Job Description • To control D.E.P.S. [Damage Excess Pilferage Short] & verification of the entries of the same done by the Operations Executive/ Assistant in E-Cargo. • To ensure that the booked material should be dispatched on the same day it has been booked. • To monitor the stacking of goods in the vehicle as well as go down. • To verify the claim documents & undertaking of clients of Short, Damaged, Pilferage goods of clients as well as prepare & send the Check list of Claim to Operations team at Regional Office & Area Manager. • To verify the vouchers & Cash Receipt entries of cashier/ accounts executive/ assistant. • To verify the Cash counting &closing balance with Books of Accounts which is maintained by cashier/ accounts executive/ assistant. • To check the receivables viz. Client's outstanding amount of booking as well as delivery. • To verify the Debit Notes & follow up with cosigners on a daily basis. • Monitoring of Customer Care Officer/ Executive's activities on a daily basis attend the escalated calls. • Verification of entries made in the E-Cargo by the Customer Care Officer/ Executive. • To verify the stationary stock at the end of the every month & send the report of the same to the concerned Admin. Executive at R.O. & Area Manager. • To monitor the housekeeping/electricity/ phone line issues at the branch. • To inform the E.D.P. Assistant/Executive about any programming issues to be resolved or inform the E.D.P. Assistant/ Executive at Regional Office if the issue is not resolved at branch. • Note: Candidate should be from Logistics, transportation, fleet management, cargo industry Requirements • Candidate should have graduate in any program • Must have at least 5 years of experience as Branch Manager in Logistic/Courier/Transportation industry. • Should have problem solving skill and good to go in team handling.
