• Permanent contracts with hospitals (between 400-2800 employees) in Germany – some are 2-year contracts but plenty of options to extend at 2-3 locations in Germany including Northern Bavaria, and Rheinhessen.
·Working hours are 38-40 hours per week (potential for overtime work).
·Salary (as a nursing assistant and before professional recognition exam – typically first 12 months): 2,400 euros/month. Sometimes an additional shift allowance of about 200 euros.
·Salary (after professional recognition): 2800-3000 euros/month. Sometimes an additional shift allowance of about 300 euros (can go higher).
·Company pension scheme: kicks in after 60 employment months
·Additional benefits (given by some hospitals): Nursing training, 10 € per month gym subsidy, annual works outing, Christmas party , Vacation: 24-28 days annually (paid)
