Ground Staff :-Responsibilities
Checking passengers for flights
Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
Assisting disabled passenger or those travelling with young children
Giving passengers up-to-date information of flights
Assisting passengers with all enquirers, including lost or delayed baggage
Assisting staff carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport
Air Ticketing Executive
Responsibilities include a full range of customer service functions.
They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and/ changes reservations, seat
assignment, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares,verify reservations by phone,figure fares and handle payments.
Minimum Qualification: HS
