Role: Admission Counselor
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹1,80,000.00 per year(+Incentive)
Location- Anywhere from India as this is a remote job
Education- 1.Any educational degree in counseling and child psychology
2. Course in Humanities
Experience- Min 1 yr in counseling or enrollment
Competency- 1. Min 50 engagements through calls or Whatsapp.
2. Ability to implement learning potential assessments. (Training will be provided)
3. Scheduling of free trial class
4..Identifying parent needs and solutions.
5. Skills in handling objections.
6..Active listening skills and articulate in asking questions.
7. Ability to ask open-ended and closed-ended questions.
Personality- 1. Should have relatability and connectivity with customers
2. Should be able to create customer-centric relationships.
3. People should be able to instill their trust, develop customer relationship, and influence people,
4. Should be able to give creative ideas or suggestions.
5.Should have active and keen listening observation skills
6, Should have a keen desire to help people find the right solution.
Requirements: 1. Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
