1. General Skills - candidate must have:
· Excellent communication and language skills both in Hindi and English

· Ability to manage their time efficiently
· Ability to perform work with minimum supervision
· Being able to follow the instructions of the tasks and complete the work on time, on quality, without errors.
· Strong understanding of data protection and compliance to the privacy of company data.
· Friendly, presentable and professional approach at all times
· Great confidence on documents management and reporting as required
2. Technical Skills - candidate must have:
· Excellent knowledge on MS Office – e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Excellent knowledge on Video Editing for You Tube contents for company
· Strong ability to manage, update and monitor social media accounts – YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc. as required throughout the role.
· Strong understanding of content creation for promotional activities , such Poster, Leaflet, flyers etc.
· Knowledge of finding information from internet and making a presentable format
· Excellent customer service skills – email, phone and digital media
· Knowledge of database management and privacy of all information at all times
· Experience with all other office admin related activities
3. Qualification & Experience:
· A minimum bachelor’s degree
· Strong Computer skills
· 1-3 years of experience in working on similar environment
· Being able to work from home – mostly afternoon shift
