- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of strong experience in Chinese, Continental and Indian cuisines.
- Ensure all food preparation standards & profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages.
- Prepare and present high quality food
- Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese, Continental and Indian dishes and able to Supervise staff as well.
- Proficient with BBQ and Chinese and Continental specialty equipment.
- Must be able to cook and create new, innovative and imaginative recipes.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
- Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
- Be environmentally aware and Must be able to react quickly and resolve problems.
- Previous kitchen experience in similar role.
- Intermediate Food Hygiene
- Knowledge of current food trends.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Arranged food preparation in cost effectual and sanitized way with Positive attitude.
